Professional experience

Javiera has focused her professional practice on securities market matters, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and the implementation of integrity and probity systems. Her main clients are public bodies, private companies in regulated sectors and non-profit organizations. She also provides constitutional and legislative advice on matters of her expertise.

She was a prosecutor for the Vantrust Capital group and Head of the Legal Unit of the Metropolitan Prehospital Care Service under the Ministry of Health.

She was a professor of Economic Law at the Universidad del Desarrollo and Professor of Corporate Law and Banking and Financial Law at the Universidad San Sebastián.

She accredited before the Accreditation Committee for the Securities Market (CAMV) and member of the A.G. Bar Association.
